Context
Two internal dashboards built for an institution running hundreds of course sections across multiple campuses.
Challenge
Academic coordination lived in dozens of spreadsheets, each owned by a different person, none of them agreeing with the others.
Approach
A single source of truth for sections, teachers and Moodle modules, with a coordination panel for planning and a modules panel for platform status.
Outcome
A 70% reduction in time spent on academic management, and the end of the weekly spreadsheet reconciliation.
